Applications
In accordance with the City of White Rock Animal Control and Licensing Bylaw, 2012, #1959, all dogs over the age of four months living in White Rock must hold a valid license. A licence helps to protect your dog by providing the City with owners contact information and dog identification information, which is the fastest way to identify your pet.
To register your dog for the first time, you will need the following information:
* Your dog's name, breed, colour, and sex
* A picture of your dog
* You can receive the reduced rate if your dog is spayed or neutered. You will need to have your Spay/Neuter Certificate, or documentation from your veterinarian that indicate your dog is spayed/neutered, attach with your application
Applications for some dogs must be completed in person:
* BC Guide and Service Dog
* Dog deemed aggressive
Please contact Licences@whiterockcity.ca OR 604-541-2139 if your contact information has changed, your dog is no longer living in the City of White Rock, or if you have any other questions.
A false declaration made on this application will deem the Dog Licence to be invalid.
Your session will time out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
